The program envisages the complex of the organizational-methodological actions regarding the decrease of the quantity morbidity on inflectional diseases and seizing by vaccination not less then 95% of citizens.
The financing of the program should be implemented at the expense of the State and Local budgets and also from other sources.
A relevant bill is registered under №4677.
